Step One: Your Consultation
Your Invisalign consultation with our Invisalign® dentist. She will assess the issues you have with your teeth and discuss possible Invisalign® treatment plans to find the option that is most suitable for you. We will scan your teeth using our iTero scanner, no impressions required!! A full mouth radiograph and photographs will be taken as part of your records to create your customised individual treatment plan.
Consultations are £75 and will deducted this from your treatment should you wish to go ahead.
Step Two: Your Assessment
Following your consultation with our Invisalign® dentist, a 3D computerised image of your teeth will be made at the Invisalign® laboratory using state-of-the-art technology so you will be able to see the movements your teeth will be making during your treatment with Invisalign® braces, and what your new smile will look like when the Invisalign® treatment is complete!
Step Three: Your Treatment Plan
You will wear each set of customised aligners for approximately one to two weeks before exchanging them for the next set in the series. Your teeth will move little by little, week by week until they have straightened to the final position. Typically, you will wear your Invisalign® braces for a total of 4-18 months and the number of aligners worn during Invisalign® treatment is usually between 16 and 30, depending on the individual.
Step Four: Your Treatment
You will wear your aligners both day and night, removing them only to eat, drink, brush, floss and for special occasions. You’ll visit your Invisalign® dentist once every 4-6 weeks to ensure that your treatment is progressing as planned. During your treatment, your teeth will be continually moving towards the confident smile you’ve always dreamed of!
